That first one was a PostSecret! So either someone stole if from PS and made it into a cartoon or someone's real secret is they plagarized their secret!
The "original" PostSecret did not have that drawing with it, just the same message. So I'd bet someone read it, thought it was a good one and drew their own cartoon to match the words.
